Outsurance called me today 6/9/13 round about 9 oclock when they offered me cheaper insurance, everyday i hear over the radio they say if outsurance cant beat your quote they will pay you R400 so i gave them all my details and they said no they cant beat the quote another insurance compony gave me so i wanted my R400 and they said no because they called me now i cant get r400, and thats false advertising they dont advertise and say i have to call them to get the money?? No the advertise say if they cant beat it they will give me r400 so they said its in the t&c that states that so i asked then to send me that t&c and they said they will and im still waiting its very poor service of them cause its false advertising.!!!
