I sent a sms on the ad on TV saying they will pay me R400 if they can't beat my current insurance . a consultant called me the next day to do a quote and did not beat my current insurance so he said he will mail me the details and what i have to do to get my R400... it never happened . i called them back and the consultant said they already quoted me so i must wait 3 months before they can quote me again . i sms 5 months later to the TV ad again, and again a consultant called me and still he could not beat my current insurance . again they said they will mail me and tell me what i need to do to get my R400, and again it never happened... 3 weeks later i am still waiting . i really think this is false advertising because many of my friends tell me the same thing, they never got anything even when OUTSURANCE could not beat their current insurance.
