Customer loyalty means nothing

I applied for a home loan with FNB, and have had nothing but poor service from the beginning. Firstly it takes them 7 days to get back to you, only to request more documentation, Once I submitted the required documents, I had to wait another 7 days only for them to offer me a miserable 73% bond, at prime plus 0.05%. Now I find this an absolute joke considering, I have a Platinum Credit card with them, a Platinum Cheque Card with them, which is an upgraded account, that I have had with them for over 15 years, I have Had 3 vehicles financed through them, two of which have been paid in full. As well as my current home loan is with them. I have never missed a single payment. I can also prove I have more than enough to service the 100% bond amount. But all this counts for nothing. So I would be weary of anyone considering switching to FNB. Cos customer loyalty means nothing to them.
