Hi there

Just wanted to say Thanks to Farrial Poulton for her great service on my OnePet Card. I was refunded verts fees which is another thing to be happy about!! and then forgot teh PIN for teh debit card.

Farrial explained how to reset teh pin and sent me an expample and in 30 seconds I was sorted!

now that is brilliant service and I am most grateful!!
