I have applied for a new account well over a week ago.

I still havent heard whether it has been approved, declined, pending or anything of the sort.

Nobody gets back to me to let me know what's going on.

I was dealing with a lady by the name of Crystal?

Can someone PLEASE tell me what is going on?

I am already looking for another bank as i have endless problems with my current banker.

Now the next one i try is just as bad before i even signed up???

Where's the customer service?
