Purchased R500 token from Prepaid24.
Tried inserting the pin several times and the meter keep on giving me a bad code error.
Purchased another R200 from Pick and pay and that pin worked perfect.
Prepaid 24 could not give me a backup pin nor could they resolve the issue for a service they got paid for. They merely suggested I try Pick and pay and contact Ekhuruleni wrt incorrect pins.
Went to the municipality and they (municipality) are also tired of people coming and reporting incorrect pins purchased at Prepaid 24.
Prepaid - you are getting paid for a service but just pull up your shoulders and remain oblivious to the fact that your system is flawed when it comes to AFTER SALES customer service.
