In 2011 I placed myself under debt review due to very bad debt created by being a single parent of a very sick child. I found Life Line Debt Solutions on the Internet, and they looked very professional. My 1st encountered very handled very well, until I started to make payments. When I phoned to ask about my outstanding balance, they were off line. Then they phoned me about 4 months into my counselling and told me I had to pay double because their system was off line and it didn't process the debit order. In Feb 2012 I had some money and settled all my outstanding accounts and cancelled the debt review. They neglected to inform Hyphen PDA the collection company who still deducted money from my account. Then I had no Response from Cedric Vaughn to try and resolve the matter. I eventually had to pay it for fear of creating more bad debt. On Sat 25/05/2013, i receive a letter of demand stating i owe them R5833.00 for cancelling my review and they've been trying to contact me and i don't respond.
Well here is your response. You guys and preying on people in need trying to do the right thing. Your company is pathetic and I hope no one else is as unlucky as me. DON'T USE LDS
