Incompetent Staff

The town I live in doesn't have a proper branch, it's only a service branch. I went to Ladysmith to change my cheque account to a savings account, after waiting for 30min for a consultant to assist me, I was told that she can't assist me, I have to go to Bergville because that is the only branch that will accept the proof of residence that I have. Because of incompetent staff I will have to take off work to get this sorted, surely fnb in Cape town will have the same rules that will apply to clients staying in Durban. Something that you must remember not all your clients live in cities, there are some living in rural areas!!!
