Standard Bank Empangeni Staff is incompetent!!!

My Uncle just came from Empangeni Standard Bank to withdraw money from his account in order to attend a family funeral on Saturday. When he gets to the branch the lady who was helping him said his account is frozen and he cannt withdraw money. I asked my Uncle to get the Lady's number she decided to give him a number that doesnt work 0860131341. I then called Standard Bank using the number i got from the Internet 0860101341, the Lady said the account is frozen because My uncle needed to update his details but she couldnt help me because I am 3rd party, which was fair enough. The lady then said My Uncle should be able to get his money but he will have to submit required documents within 45 days. My Uncle then informed the Mpangeni branch but they are still not giving him his money!!! Clearly your Staff is incompetent. Standard Bank if you know you cant cater for people who live in the rural areas why do you even bother? Now My Uncle is going to miss a family funeral because of your stupid illeterate staff. Your service is pathetic for a bank and clearly the Empangeni branch doesnt even have a branch manager since the Manager is not available on request. You are a joke honestly.
