I have a ABSA cheque account that I would like changed to another account as Im paying a large bank fee which is depreciating the small available balance i have.
Ive been told that the only way to do this is to come into the branch despite me telling the client service consultant I live in the UK. This struggle has been ongoing for months!
I cant not understand how ABSA does not have a procedure or policy for International clients.
If someone could please provide me with feedback i would appreciate it
