BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCED AT OLD MUTUAL TOWN CENTRE

I WAS WAITING INFRONT OF OLD MULTUAL LOAN CENTRE IN TOWN CENTRE MITCHEELS PLAIN AND THE CLEARNER OPENED THE BRANCH AT 8.34 NO STAFF WERE READY BESIDES RECEPTIONIST WHO WAS ON THE PHONE AND ASKING OTHER STAFF MEMBER FOR FOOD WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE SIITING THERE.i WAITED FOR THE CONSULTANT TO ASSIST ME AS I WAS TOLD THERE IS ONLY ONE CONSULTANT THAT CAN HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM BUT THERE 5 OTHER PEOPLE STANDING AROUND AND TALKING.wHEN I GOT TO THE CONSULTANT AFTER WAITING 30 MINS I WAS TOLD SHE CAN NOT HELP ME AS I NEED BANK STATEMENT I TOLD HER I HAVE ONE ON MY DESK AT WORK MY COLLEUAGE WOULD BRING IT IN 5 MINS.all i wanted was to complete all the forms while waiting for statement. The manager taryn crouster said that this can not be done as process needs to be followed what process when i have my id all details on the system.i suggested i completed the forms while we wait for statment eventually they did it.when speaking to the consultant i could not hear her due to the cleaner vaccuming branch i ask one of the staff to ask her to switch it off but was told she is cleaning can you believe this? and i am a customer. SURELY SHE NEED TO CLEAN BEFORE THEY OPEN AND NOT WHILE CLIEnts there
