Incorrect information from incompetent staff

I'm not sure on what the staff is trained but everyone just passes the buck over and is not able to assist. I have blocked my credit card pin and the branch advised me to pay the amount in arrears and will bring a proof of residence and id and they would assist. I went to a branch after the payment had been allocated to my account and I'm not able to get proper assistance. I called 0861000555 and Shamir Naran ( 20/12/2013) advised me he can't help, I need to speak to collections on 0112054500 and Skhumbuzo advised me to go back to 0861000555. I'm a client and it's frustrating having to do people's jobs for them. I cannot get my card now because the contact center advises the account has to be paid in full before I can have a new card. Had I been told this in the beginning I would have made arrangements and avoid all this inconvenience I'm experiencing.
This is beyond frustration for a banking service that works with so many people
