Still no outcome after 3 weeks

Utterly Disgusted: After getting a response from RCS (Marcellino Winn) and an email saying that Jeremaih Pluke is investigating on the 18th of May received a call again from RCS account department asking when am i paying my "account" not too happy about this as this is the 20th person from RCS i had to explain my story again. He told me they do not have ANY record of this and can i please send it all through again so i did. In doing so lets see if i get any clarity on the matter.call ref number 6010240800276215163.
