How can you tell me you are investigating this matter, as well as investigating my prescription claim, then I do not hear from anyone for 2 Months, I send an email to you last week requesting progress, Informing you that I need to know what is happening in order for me to contact my attorneys, to which i have had no response. And then today I get an SMS stating I have been handed over to Debt-IN!!! HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS! I WANT ANSWERS!!!
