Bad service! Request for cancellation ignored

Cell C called me in the beginning of 2013 to sell me a data sim for my FNB ipad. I took the offer of R99pm for 2 gigs. Sim card was delivered on the 18th Feb. Sim not working for one day, then after holding on the call centre they said I need to call Cell C to activate. After 3 phone calls and holding forever. Finally got it activated on the 20th Feb. Visited the Cell C website to open 'My Account' to track my data. Saw completely incorrect details under my account, wrong address, wrong type of account 3 gig and not the 2 gig and it reflected that data was already used, not even being on the internet for less than 10 minutes. I immediately removed the sim. I called to cancel and they said I must send a letter. Sent the letter 20th Feb via email. No response for 2 days, send request again on 25th Feb and again on 26th Feb. No response to date. Last week received a phone call from Cell C saying my account is in arrears by R238!! Had to explain the whole story again and they said they will follow up. Called the today again, put through to 4 different people, had to explain again, only to be told it will be escalated. How can I owe them R238 for the sim being in the ipad for 10minutes
