Some weeks ago I received a call from Liberty's accounts department stating that my account was overdue and I need to make payment urgently. The lady whose name I do not have was polite and understanding. I asked her to email me the detailed statement so that I can settle the account seeing that it's been long overdue and I am no longer a member. Since this call I have not received any email or calls from them and I fear that they may blacklist me or something of the sort. All I want is clarity of what I'm paying and to whom so I CAN make the payment.
