ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

I have a standing debit order with Capitec on an alternate account for the 20th of every month, in dec 12' Capitec dr my alternate account on the 14th and the dr was returned by the bank and now this reflects as an unpaid on my account, i logged this with Capitec on Tuesday 15/01/13 and put a read receipt on my email, i noticed the email was read and no one responded, i then sent another email with a read receipt requesting feedback, the email was read and a response came back to me from Lizzy Mazibuko (Business Support Centre) on the 17th @ 13:13 that it was passed to complaints department, after that no one has contacted me. Today 18/01 @ 11:40 i called the call centre 0860102043 and spoke to tshepiso mabato at complaints call centre and explained my story again, he advised he would follow up and get back to me ASAP, its now 14:46 and still no response, i called back and could not get hold of him so i spoke to someone else and had to explain my story yet again and she also could not give me answers, i then spoke to the manager who could also not give me answers except that the turn around time is 7 days, surely someone should keep the cust informed instead of the cust calling in.
