I have a contract with MTN and have been continually billed for R2000.00, my contract is only worth R399.00. On visiting their call centre in PMB I was told that they have no idea what the problem is and would have to escalate to Durban and then Johannesburg. This process with take 2 weeks. This is also the second query in 2 months and still have no clarity on what the problem is. I still have to continue paying my account whilst they 'look into the matter'. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from all that I dealt with at MTN. All I want is someone to explain why my account is so high - no one seems to be able to do this.
