Someone had made a purchase on my account around the end of August. I spoke to head office and was referred to the department assisted by Leroy. He requested that i send my documents and provided me with his email to do this. I sent the documents on the 18th of September. On the 8th of October i sent an email and i received no response from Leroy after having sent the necessary documents. I proceeded to call and i spoke to him and he advised me that he was still waiting to receive previous receipts and documents associated with my account in order to resolve my query and promised me that by November, the matter should be resolved. I again made contact via email on the 20th of December to get feedback but i have not received any feedback to date. The 20th because of my frustration with this Company i decided to pay off the whole account and am on the process of closing the account but am still waiting for the matter to be resolved. I paid the full amount requested at the store including the amount in question with regards to the query. Today i called again and was told Leroy is not available and spoke to Ragay, who promised Naseema manager will call, still no call!
