Unauthorized debit or billing

I had a personal loan account with Nedbank, I paid them back in full and had a settlement amount organized. They proceeded to debit my instalment amount plus settlement amount with out my authourization, even after they failed to explain to me why they needed to take so much money when even though my account was paid up. I recieved a call from Nedbank this week before the debit and she failed to explain to why R1358.00 going to be debited from my account, when I asked why she hung up.
