Helpful but sometimes

My account is in arrears by 4997 which I admit is my fault but what I don't understand that SA Home loans cannot be more accommodating. Every-time an agent from the legal department calls I'm called to total fear. They advertising vigorously on radio and the clients say they are quick effective service which is true however other banks are more accommodating when you arrears. They give one only four months to pay up. Or what happens you lose your house. The board who regulates the Financial Institutions really needs to look at this. I think all financial institutions are placing undue pressure on everyone. Everyone I speak to complains of the banks not being accommodating. So that means they are encouraging people to lose their homes. You don't pay your car for one month then people are so scared. This is really bad. Yes when you take our credit sure and it is the consumers responsibility to pay not denying however they can be a little more lenient. I think people will pay what is the point of taking out extra credit insurance.
