On the 25 of january 2013, my mothers car was taken by insurance for repair of hail damage, ever since there was no updates about the repair from dial direct until 14 of march 2013 when we went to the panel beater and ther car was not found until proper search and we found the car abounded, and when we try to find out why is the car not touched after 3 months they said they are waiting for authorisation from insurance, I called the manager of hail damaged he promised to look into the matter, yes he did and after insurance promised that the car will be ready on the 26 of April, after i call the manager again he gave us courtesy car, after they said the car will be ready on the 30 still, it was not ready, insurance sent sms that the car its in the washing bay from 3rd of may 2013 and on the 15 we went to the panel beater we found the car was not ready, the car couldnt start, battery was dead, well they replaced the battery and on the 22nd of may 2013 we went again as they said it will ready, when we found another challenge the front bumper is damaged, its now 5 months we dont have a car, please i need ur help
