Poor Customer Service... No Pathetic Service

My car was damaged in a road incident. When I phoned to place a claim, my vehicle was promptly towed away. I was contacted by a Grant Williams, ensuring me that swift action will be taken. Yeah right... two months later and repairs have not yet been started.

Then I phoned SSS Panel beater to find out how far my car was, and they promptly said is was not with them at all. So I phoned Dial Direct and spoke to Angelique, who at first did not know where my car was and took half a day to trace where my car was. She said they would reset the claim and then both the damage to the car and the hail damage would be repaired in Witbank.

5 days later I phone Dial Dierct again to find out that the gentleman, by the name of Tebho, also thought my car was still in Bronkhorstspruit. It would seem I know more than my insurance company, as to where my car was being kept. He left me on the phone for a few minutes only to tell me my car is in Witbank at Witmit Panel beaters. He phoned them and found out that they did not yet have authorisation to start repairs.

I have been left stranded for two months now, and have had enough. This is the worst customer service from an insurance company.
