Dial Direct not concern about poor workmanship

In February I was involved in an accident. After the claim was registered and a panel beater (Indibano Panel beaters) identified I waited three weeks without any indication on when my car will be repaired. I then contacted Hallo Peter and there after my car was booked for repairs. After two promised deadlines were missed I finally received my car only to find that some of the old damaged parts were replaced and no repairs were done to my damaged wheel rim. The car was then again returned to the Panel beater and when collecting it 5 days later I found that the door was not fastened properly and the upholstery had oil marks. After all this I had the car for 3 weeks when the beam along the mudguard start to come loose. I contacted Dorothy to advise her on 20 May but she choose to ignore my complaint. This morning when pushing the beam in place I found that my mirror got damage and they glued it together.
