My car was towed from the accident on the 15/04/2013. It was only assessed a week later. The claim was then only approved a week after that! The bakkie was finally towed to the panel beaters on the 30/04/2013. I repeatedly had to contact both the claims personnel and the assessor to find out what was happening with my bakkie as I need it to run my business. I was told that they were only repairing certain dents and that according to them some of the dents were not as a result of the accident - which I refuted. Added to this, when I went to look at my bakkie at the panel beaters, I found they had removed the passenger side window, which was not damaged in the accident (used as spares for another vehicle?). I was given a story of the battery running flat and they had to break the window! The repairs were only started apparently around the end of May. So far I have had SMS'es telling me the car is being worked on, the car is in the painting booth, the car is ready... the car is not ready there are problems... This is the worst service I have ever had.
