Terrible Customer Service

My car got damaged from the hail storm on 20 Oct 2012. My dad took the car in for panelbeating on 30 Nov 2012. Two and a half months later, we still don't have the car back. My dad has called in numerous times and the car was promised (via sms) to be ready many times. The latest was that Dial Direct promised that the car would be done by 18 Feb 2013 and we did not hear anything. I am very disappointed by the service provided by Dial Direct. I do understand that there was a backlog of repairs due to the freak hailstorm and that Dec was really half a month due to holidays but after 2.5 months I am still paying premiums for a car that is sitting in the repair shop and I have no idea when the car will actually be ready. I will seriously be thinking whether I should stay with Dial Direct or not.
