Changing to FNB.. What a BIG Mistake

I changed to FNB cause like they said they put thr customers first.. so when u become a customer they just dont worry about ur needs and when requesting changes well it just does not happen.. i took a mobile device with them then after calling in and waiting my time on getting my debit order date changed to the the 1st of each month and even after i got a email notification saying that my date has been changed.. low and behold the debit still went off on th 25th.. so imagine ur last few rands being taken from ur account before the month is out and not have any money.. what makes it worse that ur account goes into a minus.. all cuz of FNB!!! one cant even call the call center cuz they closed on weekends.. so FNB really in my eyes.. they dont put the customer 1st like they say.. now i have to go threw the hole process again and waist more of my time.. REALLY FNB!!!???
