I have been sending emails to the connect department requesting for my debit order date to changed to the 15 of every month as that was my original request. Infact Ive been requesting for this to happen months from now and Im sent from pillar to post. Finally today i dialled the number 0860327827 and spoke to Kuben. He informed me that under no circumstance do you allow customers to change the debit order dates on their devices?
What load of rubbish is that? My salary date has always been the 15 of every month so why would i select the 25th for anything?
Also last year I called the same sales number and a gentleman confirmed that its changed. All of a sudden they cant change it.
This is ridiculous. I didnt want to fight with Kuben because he is just a mere sales agent but i dont believe that this is true.
Please check on this and get someone to call me back. I cant have negetive transactions in my account every month. Its unaceptable.
