Ok so since my first complaint i was provided with a reference number for a query loaded with the personal loan department. Ref : 285267. Not a single call not even an email explainining the bank fees charged to an account settled 4 years prior to the initial loan term. Guess i've learned a valuable lession: Never take a loan with FNB again. Retaining Steve with his current bank won't be that difficult.
