I took up a loan for 4000 last year the loan was supposed to paid in three months via a debit order. FNB took all three months payments and then after a few days took extra money. I called and they replaced the money. Now when I check my online profile I see that personal loan keeps on growing. I also see bank charges for the loan. I called the loan department and no one could assist. I beginning to get tired of this nonsense.
