NO PERSONAL TOUCH TREATED LIKE A!!!

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF FNB FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW WHO THE KNOWS WHY I AM STILL WITH THEM, THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE MACHINES OH NO SORRY YOU HAVE A JUDGEMENT WE CAN GIVE YOU ANYTHING, THEY CAN HOWEVER TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH FOR SERVICE FEES BUT GIVE ME ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN, I MIGHT AS WELL KEEP MY MONEY IN MY SOCK DRAW I WILL HAVE MORE OF IT!!! THEY HAVE UPGRADED ME YET AGAIN AND CHARGED ME R152 PLUS R90 FOR FRIGGEN WHAT, YOU DONT OFFER ME ANYTHING EXTRA YOU JUST ME EVERY SINGLE MONTH, NEVER HELPS ME WITH ANYTHING AS WELL AS WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY KIND OF LOAN, TEMP LOAN OR CREDIT CARD, AFRICAN BANK ISSUED ME A GOLD CREDIT CARD AND A R75 000 LOAN PLEASE EXPLAIN!! AND ALL FNB WANT TO DO IS UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT EVERY TIME AND GIVE ME A KICK UP THE!!! NOTHING IS PERSONAL TOUCH ANYMORE ITS ALL A BUNCH OF STIFFS IN BLACK SUITE PRETENDING THEY HAVE AUTHORITY, YOU KEEP ADVERTISING HOW MUCH BUSINESS YOU GET FROM STEVE. BUT HOW MUCH DO YOU GUYS LOOSE EVERY DAY OR DON'T YOU EVEN GIVE A THAT I AM GOING TO MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK??? PLEASE DON'T CALL ME AND SAY SORRY, COME TO THE TABLE WITH SOLUTION AND NOT TO WHY YOU CANT, BUT HOW CAN WE HELP YOU MRS MILLER!
