Misinterpretation of arrangement

Today nedbank personal loans deducted an amount much more than I have made arrangements with them for. Last month I settled an account with them and made new arrangements with them to pay what I can afford on the existing account. But they decided to take the full installment and now I am sitting with not enough cashflow to make it through this month. I requested a refund, but past experiences with them has made me weary to trust that they willl honour their promise. I neeed this to be fixed please, otherwise I am clossing my account on Monday. Thanks to the help of Charmaine from the executive team with my previous query, although not resolved to my satisfaction.
