I have a FNB Aspire plan with FNB which I took out in 2006 in South Africa. This plan matured about 2 years ago. After I sent my first hellopeter complaint I received a statement for the first time in 6 years from Simon Motsoeneng. I have moved to the UK and would like to:
1) to update my details
2) Find out why 2 years after the maturity date of the policy you are still deducting money
3) When will the plan be paid out
4) Have someone from FNB contact me via email ASAP
5) Ensure NO deductions are made from my bank account
I have sent over 15 emails requesting this to several email address and no response! Shocking service!
