I had an accident last week Thursday, took my car in for assessment the same day. On the Friday receive an email stating that the claim will not be paid out due to the damage being below excess. I had to phone on Monday to find out what the report is and what to do next. My case was closed and the report came to a total of R41. This was impossible. After further investigation my car was never collected at the assessment centre or assessed. They never phone to keep me up to date after I asked them to. I always have to phone them and get the run around. Till today my car has still not been assessed and it is over a week. I don't get a response on a email expressing my disappointment and concerns. No apologies or any sense or urgency given to this matter. They can't even manage to correct my cell number on the system after asking and informing them numerous times. I have all the facts and information and will not be letting this go easily.
