Hi,
I took my phone to Samsung to be assessed or repaired last week Friday. I phoned today asking for an assessment report, the receptionist or front desk lady keeps on dropping my calls. She tells me i'm going through, I hold, it comes back to her and eventually she cuts me off.
All I need is an assessment report so that I can send it to FNB since the phone has issues and I reported these issues within 7 days in order for me to get a replacement or cancel the contract.
Is this too much to ask?
