Bad attitude and improper billing

I have moved my account to Capitec because of a better service. Though since I have done that, there had been two odd accounts that had gone off because they have not been properly cancelled by absa (they are in-house accounts). I tried explaining this to Simone Bester and she gave me so much attitude that she hung up on me in April. End of April, I close off two of my investment accounts to settle the negatives that I was lurking in for the cheque account in question. Still, when I call her to explain what I have done to show effort in trying to solve the problem, she infct brushes it off and tells me that I will be blacklisted if I don't pay it up. Nevertheless, I tell her, on the 4th of may that I will settle the amount of R1410.34 before the end of May 2013. She agrees. This morning, 11:25 am I call to confirm the amount, she abruptly and quite rudely tells me the amount has gone up and there's nothing she can do about that, the charges are continuing.
I feel harassed and am at a point where I want to take this to small claims court. She made a note on the fourth that the amount will be settled, how come this is not honoured?
