Switched over to FNB to get the Samsung galaxy s4 with Cell C. got the device 3 days ago. went to cell c, they said that because I got it from FNB, I must call FNB to activate the sim. I have called FNB about 50 times since only to be put through from department to department. seems like no one knows whats going on. called them again today. the said I must call cell c. cell c says FNB. what is going on here?
I am extremely off now. if I could cancel the deal I would and move away from FNB.

they say the have escalated the issue and will take another48 hours. that's FNB's favourite line I see. 48 hours
