I went to the Standard bank at Midrand today with three simple issues and after 25 mins with just 4 people ahead of me I manage to see and operator and she could only help with one issue and I was then referred to two different areas. They have 5 cashiers with no-one in the queue and two consultant of which one was chatting to a client for the entire period with no documents. You do'nt blame the high migration of customers to FNB
