I need a bond statement stamped by the bank.
I am unable to go into the branch to do it myself. I would like to know what the procedure is to send someone to go on my behalf to collect these documents.
After 3 LONG phone calls to Standard Bank no one can give me an answer.
In today's technologically advanced environment a simple email should suffice.
This is why Standard Bank is not moving forward.
Rather bank with FNB.
