Why always issues with Standard bank?!!

I lost my card and when I cancelled it over the phone I was told that I need to go into the bank to order a new one, after standing in a queue for over an hour I was told to phone to order a new card (who do you believe now??) after getting in trouble at work for being late I phoned to order my new card and was told I will get an sms to notify me when the card arrives. never got the sms and I had to phone again to find out if it was delivered yet to fond out that it was. After standing another hour in the enquiry queue (only 2 people helping) I get my card bbut they cannot issue a pin because the system is broken (?). I get sent to another counter to phone card division for a pin (?) but they could not help me because apparently you can only phone for credit card pins. Now I cannot use my card because I don't have a pin because of this useless service!! And when you ask for help none of the staff knows what to do??? how about appointing people who know what they are doing?? And while I was there I only saw unhappy customers, no wonder everyone is switching to other banks!! I am sick of always having to sort out issues with Standard Bank. I am currently looking for a new bank.
