I HAVE A HOME EMERGENCY AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THE 0860123444 NEW CLAIMS CONSULTANT. AND AFTER THE THIRD TIME TODAY I HAVE SURRENDERED! EACH TIME I DIALED, WAITED 20 MINUTES PLUS, NO JOY, JUST CONTINUOUS IRRITATING MUSIC, A RECORDED PROMISE THAT MY CALL WILL BE ANSWERED WITHIN 5 MINUTES, OR THAT MYCALL WILL BE ANSWERED BY NEXT CONSULTANT, WHAT RUBBISH! STANDARD BANK CAN SIMPLY NOT MANAGE A CALL CENTRE, END OF STORY! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT STANDARD BANK EXPOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
