I had a client who called in to policy services very irate and we as the brokers were asked to assist with the complaint as the recordings for the conversation where on our external broker side. The client said she wasn't happy about a few things one of which she was promised assistance with her tracking device certificate. After battling for a week our underwriter Cindy assisted by emailing tracker to assist us with this task. Thank you for taking the time to help me with this situation and for helping our client.
