I have recently moved from Absa to FNB and I have been overwhelmed with the service delivery and the overall way of business. I am notified of every single change with any aspect of my banking and they are pro-active in their engagement and service offerings. Within days of applying for the "SWITCH" accounts were changed over hassle free and I received my device order and cheque cards from 2 different delivery companies on the same day. Good Job FNB, for a change I'm impressed with how South African banks are doing business.
