I went to African Bank to make a loan on Monday as I need funds urgently. in Braamfontein branch the gentleman by the name Lawrence if I remember well. He said to me the payment will be done this morning as I have express the urgency of these funds, I got approved for R5000 loan and Credit Card - R4000. I need these funds as a matter of urgency today on Tuesday as i have expressed and I went to African Bank because in their advert they promise instant Loan. This morning I went in the same branch the guy told me he will call me, just to get me out of the branch of his face. Until now I have not received any response my loan has not been paid, after I have made a special request and I am even an existing client of African Bank, they have my profile. Does Anyone work to satisfy customer request in this institution or just to increase volume of applications flocking in your shelves?
