Bond declined due to Poor Service

My Home loan application was declined due to a problem on ITC. I requested a report and found that my Vehicle Finance was 150 days in arrears. In January 2013 it still shows up to date and one month later it is 5 months in arrears? I phoned MFC and they could not help me nor could they send me my latest Vehicle finance statement. I went to a Nedbank branch and they also could not help me. I logged a complaint and was told this morning "very rudely" that I can expect an answer in about 20 days. What should I do? My bond is declined and I can not even fight it because MFC "who made a mistake" is unwilling to assist me. I know for a fact that my Vehicle finance is up to date I have ALL the proof of payments. I pay about R150 extra every month and this is what I get? Who do I speak to get this sorted out because nobody from MFC or Nedbank wants to help me???
