I went into the branch and did a migration of my silver credit card to a Gold credit card with a limit increase.
I presented all the required documents on this day and left the branch bein told the migration was successful and that i will receive a sms once funds was available, we activated the new card when i was still at the branch.
I check my balance the next day and saw the new funds was available so i tried the card and it didnt work, luckily i was near the mall and went back to the branch, when i got there i was told that again they need my proof of address and a copy of my ID again i had my ID on me and went and got the needed documents i gave it to the consultant and was told to wait 48hrs, then my card would be active, the Friday i called the call centre just to discover that my docs, proof of address and ID was never submitted, to my disgust the call centre told me to call the branch to tell them to submit my docs, which i did just to discover that the consultant was off sick and his colleagues didnt know where my docs were, on the satday i called the Manager who told me she will deal with it and on the Monday 22nd my docs was submitted i think! i think, REPLY PLZ!!!
