Poor Service

We insured our car for 4yrs with Auto&General, when I heard about Indwe Risk Service & their excellent customer service from my colleagues, we changed insurances in 2010. We never had any problem or issues, everything was in order. Until Aug 2012 when we had to change residential address for Car&Household Insurance, we had to call for 3 months to get the Insurance amended, haven't received any documentation until today. When we submitted our claim in February, it was only approved in March after we submitted a complaint via HelloPeter. We had a second accident& just discovered our courtesy car was never upgraded from 1.4 to 1.6 in March as we requested. Instead of solving the problem, they're passing the bucket.

Indwe's has the BEST cover but the worst customer service, I don't have time for this. I regret recommending them to my family, friends & colleagues
