I have forever trying to get miway to fix their system, I want to manage my policy on-line but every time I log in on the internet to manage my police, the miway site does not recognise my suburb (which was fine and working before they upgraded their site). I have tried numerous times to explain to the consultant helping me what the problem is, end every time they assure me that the problem is fixed just to find if I log in again the same problem is still there. Please help to fix this problem.
