Ask for a review and reduction but get a increase instead

I have recommended Indwe to many friends colleagues and family but now I am disappointed.today I called in to change my registration and for my profile to be reevaluated to have a decrease in premium.when I received confirmation email my premium had in fact increased more than ten percent. Indwe I am highly disappointed and actually thought I was with the best. Ruth you were the best consultant you always helped me get my premiums lower. Now I have to deal with other people.
