On the 15/4/13 i went to Embassy branch to find out if my personal loans due date had been changed. to my surprise it was not changed and the branch (hayfield) was phoned only to give us long stories. She carried on with my case trying to find a solution ending up phoning 0860222272 (p/loans) who informed her that the change was done incorrectly. Due to her outstanding service and fighting for me on the 15/5/13 my loans were eventualy changed and updated in the way they were suppose to be. During all this time she never forgot to give me feedback. she updated me on all the happenings. She went over and beyond her job decsription and made sure that i as a client am satisfied. thank you Charlene for your hardwork. I thank you for carrying on even when i was angry and wanted to give up on this issue. thank you
